## Who he is

Alexander Cesar is a design engineer: one person who covers both the design and the
engineering of a product. He designs the interface and then builds it — markup, styles,
component behaviour, accessibility, and the integration work around it. He is not a
designer who hands off, and not an engineer who needs a spec handed to him.

Most of his client work since 2025 has been commissioned through OPTEN AG (Switzerland)
and Noevu GmbH (Zürich), building for Swiss clients. Before that he spent two decades in
Brazilian product and agency work — Petrobras, Eleva Educação, Atos, and his own studio.

- National Sports Federation Platform (via OPTEN AG, Mar—May 2026) — Umbraco 17 / .NET 10 / HTMX. Game Center with live standings, schedules and player stats.
- Engineering an AI Delivery Pipeline (self-directed R&D, 2025—2026) — a calibrated harness for AI coding agents: instruction sets, session grounding, subagent synthesis, and review agents trained by a feedback flywheel until they matched a senior engineer's real PR corrections.
- Voice Ordering App (via OPTEN AG, Sep 2025—Feb 2026) — React Native / Expo. Voice-first B2B wholesale ordering, 60fps recorder, upload queue with retry, DE/EN.
- Sports League Production Platform (via OPTEN AG, Jan—Mar 2026) — Angular. TV production workflow built against a frozen JSON contract so frontend and backend shipped in parallel.
- Enterprise Customer Portal, Workplace Safety Heatmap, AI Assistant Interface, Manufacturer CMS Platform (via OPTEN AG, 2025—2026) — Angular and Umbraco.
- Holter Log (own product, 2025) — full-stack PWA, a clinical diary for the 24-hour Holter exam.
